Product Description

Compared with type A, type R has the following advantages :
Type R changes the cone generatrix of type A into an arc shape. According to the Pythagorean theorem, it reduces the contact area between the center hole and the tip, reduces the friction of the center drill, and improves positioning accuracy .

Arc structure reduces the risk of breakage and extends service life

Key features :
The center drill, which integrates drilling and chamfering , is mainly used to process the center hole of the workpiece. The center hole is the rotation reference and support hole of the workpiece during mechanical processing, especially turning.
Center drills can also be used for chamfering and countersinking
