Water pump assembly and disassembly :
Before assembly, please check whether there are defects on partsaffecting assembly and clean.
1.Tighten all coupling bolts and screw blocks onto thecorresponding partsin advance.
2.Place O ring, paper cushion, hair felt onto corresponding parts inadvance
3.Install seal rings, stuffing, stuffing rings, stiffing cover into thepump coverin the sequence in advance.
4.Install rolling bearing onto spindle, and install into the suspendedframe, close cover to press on the rolling bearing, then screw couplingbolts onto the spindle.
5.Install spindle sleeve into the spindle, install pump cover onto thesuspended frame, then install impellers, lock gaskets, impeller nuts andtighten, finally, install the parts above into the pump body, and tighten thecoupling bolts on pump body and pump cover.
During the assembly procedure above, some small parts, such asflat key, oil baffle disc, O ring in water baffle ring bearing and so on, arelikely to be omitted or assembled wrongly, please pay attention to that.The disassembly of a pump is in the reversed sequence of assemblyapproximately
