1. Our QY series oil-immersed submersible pump is comprised of three sections: water pump, seal, and motor. It features both single-stage and multi-stage centrifugal and mixed-flow impellers, radial guide blade configuration, and axial flow impeller space guide blade configuration; the interface between the water pump and the motor employs either an integrated mechanical seal or a double-ended mechanical seal as a dynamic seal; a superior "O" type oil-resistant rubber sealing ring serves as a static seal at each stationary stop.
2. The rotating shaft of the electric pump is hardened by chromium plating, which significantly improves the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the shaft and facilitates the maintenance and disassembly of the impeller.
3. Motors dedicated to Series 4KW and below are fitted with a thermal protector, capable of automatically disconnecting the power supply to safeguard the motor under irregular circumstances such as phase loss and overload of the electric pump. Motors designated for Series 7.5KW and higher 5.5KW are incorporated with motor protection mechanisms.
