Product Description
Product Overview :
1. QY series oil-flooded submersible pump consists of three parts: water pump, seal and motor. It has single-stage or multi-stage centrifugal and mixed-flow impellers, radial guide structure and axial flow impeller space guide vane structure; between the water pump and the motor An integral mechanical seal or a double-end mechanical seal is used as the dynamic seal, and a "" type oil-resistant rubber sealing ring is used as a static seal at each fixed stop.
2. The electric pump rotating shaft is hard chromium plated, which can effectively improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the shaft and facilitate the maintenance and disassembly of the impeller.
3. The electric pump motor of 4KW and below is equipped with a thermal protector, which can automatically disconnect the power supply to protect the motor under abnormal conditions such as phase loss and overload of the electric pump. Electric pumps of 7.5KW and above 5.5KW need to be equipped with an additional motor protection device.
Main Application :
This series of electric pumps are widely used in engineering, farmland, mines, construction sites, municipal environmental protection and other places. They can pump liquids that do not contain fiber, paper, sediment and other solid particles, such as well water, river ponds and other clean water. They are ideal for agricultural drainage. It is an ideal pumping equipment for submersible and water tower water supply and mine drainage, but it is not suitable for use in explosion-proof requirements.
Conditions of Use :
The structure diagram of the QY oil-filled submersible electric mechanical seal pump can work continuously and normally under the following conditions of use :
1. The working medium is non-corrosive clean water, the volume ratio of sand content in the medium does not exceed 0.10%, and the particle size does not exceed 0.20mm.
2. The medium temperature does not exceed 40°C, and the PH value of the medium is between 6.5-8.5.
3. The submersible pump should be used within the range of use near the rated lift and completely immersed in water. The diving depth should not exceed 3m and the water depth should not exceed 5m. 4. The submersible pump should be more than 0.5m away from the bottom of the water, but it must not fall into the mud, otherwise it will cause an explosion.
The power frequency is three-phase 50Hz, the voltage is 380V, and the voltage fluctuation range is 0.9-1.1 times the rated value.
The different between oil-immersed pump and water-immersed pump :
1. Type of electric coolant : Oil-immersed type uses mechanical oil, while water-immersed type uses water.
2. Impact on the environment : The water-immersed type will not cause pollution to the environment if it leaks, but the oil-immersed type will cause oil pollution to the environment.
3. Applicable occasions : The water-immersed type can be used for drinking water, and the oil-immersed type is mainly used for agricultural drainage and irrigation, water tower water delivery, fountains, flood control and drainage, municipal construction drainage, etc.
4. Service life : Oil-immersed submersible pumps are lubricated by mechanical oil. The lubrication conditions are better than those of water-immersed pumps, and they tend to have a longer service life.
