The 2BV series Liquid ring vacuum pumps are applicable for the pumping of gases and steam. Its suction pressure can attain 33mbar (abs) (i.e. 97% vacuum degree). If the transformer oil is utilised as the operating fluid, these pumps are known as oil ring vacuum pump and the suction pressure can reach 6.7mbar (abs) (i.e. 99% vacuum degree). Therefore, the oil ring vacuum pumps can supplant the reciprocated vacuum pumps entirely. When theliquid ring vacuum pumps operate under the condition of near-limited vacuum continuously, we will integrate our cavitations protection pipe to alleviate the noise and safeguard the pump. While the compressors function, the maximum pressure is 0.26MPa (abs). And the discharge pressure is elevated, the electricity consumption is increased. Material :
2BV series stainless steel pumps are suitable for applications that necessitate increased resistance against corrosion or aesthetic appeal. Depending on the operating environment, all components involved in fluid flow (i.e. pump housing, pump cover, port plate, impeller) are fabricated from various stainless steels as noted: SUS304 (0Cr18Ni9), SUS316 (0Cr17Ni12Mo2), SUS316L (00Cr17Ni14Mo2). The shaft component comprises 2Cr13 or 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti. Mechanical seals, employing Chinese brand products, have an optional seal material of either FPM or PTFE.
