Description :
Our models, SK is single stage liquid ring vacuum pumps. These precision devices utilize the process of compressing gas, a thrilling operation achieved through the rotation of vaned impellers within a cylindrical casing. Aqueous fluid (typically water) makes its entry into the pump, where it undergoes centrifugal acceleration, resulting in the formation of a dynamic cylindrical ring against the inner surface of the casing. This whirlpool-shaped liquid ring generates a succession of seals in the purposed volume between the impeller vanes, serving as compression chambers. The subtle eccentricity between the impeller's axis of rotation and the casing's geometric axis subtly introduces an acyclic alteration in the volume encompassed by the vanes and the ring. Gas, most commonly atmospheric air, enters the pump through an inlet port at the casing's terminal. The gas finds itself ensnared in the compression chambers fashioned by the impeller vanes and the liquid ring. The volumetric reduction brought about by the impeller rotation squeezes the gas, forcing it towards the discharge port situated at the terminal of the casing. Upon exhausting from the pump, the compressed gas holds a specific quantity of working fluid, typically extracted via a vapor-liquid separator.
